Our N’Bliss Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Manchester is located East of Highway 141 in the Old Orchard Shopping Center.
This location opened to the public in June of 2020 featuring a public-access CBD-only retail space selling premium CBD brands that have been individually vetted for quality & safety by our team of cannabis experts.
Our marijuana dispensary showroom opened in October 2020 and serves Medical Patient ID Card holders and consumers age 21 or older for access and to purchase THC products. If you do not have an ID card and would like one, we can help you with that as well. Through our partnership with NuggMD you can complete all the documents needed, and conduct your physician consultation from your computer in the comfort of your own home.

I never feel strongly enough to review places and I had to recover my password to log in & post this, but n'bliss is... 100% worth it. I went here for the first time today after placing an order on their website. I struggle with social anxiety so it's difficult for me to approach people and places, but the lady working the front desk greeted me immediately and made me feel extremely welcome. I wish I could remember her name, because she was seriously one of the sweetest people I have ever met. We had a fun conversation while she checked me in and was very helpful in answering the few questions I had. The lady who brought me back to get my order and check me out (I'm sorry I can't remember her name either) was also one of the sweetest and most patient people ever. I kept making mistakes with the keypad and had to run back out to use the ATM, and the whole time she was very calm and patient. I admittedly was being a little slow because I was nervous lol but she was very understanding and kind the entire time. She helped me sign up for the loyalty program and let me know about how it works 🙂 I'm so happy that I chose to go here, the staff seems like a really wonderful group of people.read more

This is the place!!!! Not going to lie, I have a favorite bud tender. It's Jenn, she's amazing, educated in cannabis,... and always has solid recommendations. The vibe in this place, is irreplaceable!! The staff is kind, as well as knowledgeable. This place has some of the best deals, and I love going here. I got a mix and match $200 oz yesterday, I skipped out of there because it was all great stuff!! The have a wonderful rewards program, I am never sad for taking $25-$50 off my purchases!! Honestly I have never felt more rushed in my life… but the dude asked me if I had something I knew I was shopping for..... said I was looking for the new stuff they got in.. I walked over, found it myself, then told him what I wanted he then said “is that it?” And I said for me yes, I had my boyfriend with me that was also shopping, the budtender walked over to his register and started messing with it, had to grab his attention that uh.. hey bud.. we aren’t done yet… he finally came back over and just rushed tf out of us. We both picked out our product and walked over to the register, where we then saw bongs they had for sell, that we showed interest in. But the dude was so rushed and ina hurry to check us out we didn’t even feel we had the option to ask to look at more product or pieces . Totally missed a chance at upselling. We are fond of this company hi this location.. this salesperson left a bad taste in both our mouths.. I work at a dispensary in MO and this is not how it should be done..read more

This is only my second time in but once again I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist Sarah. She is so friendly and... will make anyone feel like she's known them forever. Having good people like that at the front of your store is what really draws people in besides solely just product. After a short wait, Chad came to assist me and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and such a down to earth person. I too work in the industry and it's so refreshing to see such great examples of what we should be as budtenders and receptionists. I love seeing people get excited about the different types of products their store offers and Chad was a great example of someone who educates instead of pushes product onto you. The last two visits I have been on here were some of the best dispensary visits I've ever been on, and trust me I've been to plenty! Keep up the good work guys! You have a customer for life. The staff at this store were fantastic, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I'm not usually the kind of person to... write reviews but I just wanted to say that I had a very positive experience here and couldn't recommend this store enough (along with the other location in Ellisville where they are also fantastic). The nice woman at the front desk even noticed noticed that the copy of the card I had was just a little folded up piece of paper I stuck in my wallet and kindly offered to laminate it for me free of charge. Hopefully soon this state (and the federal government) gets their act together and finally ends this ridiculous war on cannabis so great businesses like this can thrive and continue to expand.read more

I went there today and it went amazing lots of product to pick through but when I went to checkout I used my debit card... and it wouldn't go through so they told me to call my bank the bank told me it was not my card it was there system so we tried it several times it did not go through so I had to leave and go to an ATM to get cash out. But they did hold my purchase and they were very nice and patient with me so if you do visit the store I suggest bring cash. I will visit this store again.read more

I’m my wife’s caretaker and I take her to this location for her to purchase medical cannabis. As she is a medical... patient, I appreciate their extreme care to follow CDC recommendations and check temperatures at the door. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we’ve always felt safe as an LGBTQIA+ couple inside and outside the store. As for product, she really likes the Honeybee edibles and anything by Proper Cannabis. They have something for everyone - as long as you check the THC content on an item, the patient should be happy ✌️read more

Great place, good product, selection is still a bit limited until manufacturers can catch up a bit. Check your product... when you purchase. I bought 6 pre rolls and one of my cases was empty when I got home. I was told they were going to add 350 points to my account but they weren't received (I'm assuming they got busy and forgot). I've still been back and will return again, I just have to make sure to open and check all my product after purchase.read more

I feel really sad and depressed about this purchase. I am a veteran with limited funds, I saved for this. I read the... advertisement and descriptions of the flower they offered for sale. NOTHING WAS AS ADVERTISED. NOTHING!I purchased an ounce via eighths (Three flower flavors I'm used too) for nearly $400. Not one tasted nor performed as advertised. Honestly, they taste downright nasty, I could not finish the one's I fired up.I am calling them tomorrow for my money back! I hope I don't have to take them to small claims court. The staff and place was very nice but the cannabis was junk i ordered from them ordered lemon haze. It was very dry ... has no smell or taste to it just nothing. Dont even taste like lemon haze should. Was all tiny hard dry chunks of bud not even worth being called popcorn. Hopefully the rest of their products are better.read more

We were not very impressed with the customer service or the marijuana at N'Bliss. It was fine, but not worth the hassle... or the money. I'm glad we live on the other side of the state, where we have found some other options. Even though I had... ordered online and my order was ready well before I arrived, I had to wait in the waiting room for the patients who did not order online, finish shopping. N'Bliss provided a great first experience. Everything from the front door and to the back product room was VERY clean... and organized to find products very easily. I was greeted with friendly service and they explained the check-in process for a first time customer. Once registered I had only a short wait before I was able to go back to see product and the staff were super nice and able to answer any question I had for my medical needs. Sadly they didn't have a lot of product variety due to such low availability which kept this store from being at its full potential but once much more products are made available this store will be one of the best in area! I cant wait to go back again and see this store's full potential!read more

Cannot say enough about the staff and good vibes of this medical dispensary. First of all they offered to laminate our... medical ID cards for myself and the two other people I brought with. Very much appreciate that now it looks much better and will definitely last longer. Secondly the staff is attentive and I am already getting to know some of the staff of this facility.
